Our terms of payment for on site pipefreezing or hot tapping are 30 days from date of invoice, with no retention.
Quotation validity 30 days and subject to vat @ 17.5%.
Standard charges will apply if freeze/hot tap requirements or time on site change from quoted.
Safe access required to and from pipework.
Clear and safe access to high level pipework with ceiling tiles/pipe insulation removed prior to freezing.
Parking for CCT Vehicle.

Refund and Returns Policy
The customer shall be rsponsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform CCT Pipefreezing Ltd of any damages or defects or shortages in their order within three days of receipt of goods. We operate a "No Quibble" returns policy, and as such, we undertake to refund or exchange any product bought via this Website if it is returned in a re-saleable condition and has not been heavily used or damaged further within 7 days of delivery. The purchaser must bear the carriage costs of return of any unwanted or unsuitable products. Please ensure that items are returned in original packaging or are well packaged when sending them back. Cases in which items have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition due to careless packaging will be dealt with on individual bases.
